Volunteers needed to help serve refreshments and sell golden bucket cash prize tickets
There will be a selection of wines, beers, soft drinks, hot drinks, and snacks available, payable by cash or card, with all profits going back to the school.
If you can help please contact lfa@langton.kent.sch.uk with your availability. Anyone helping before the performance will be able to reserve seats in the auditorium to make sure they get a good spot!
4.30pm Collection from Simon Langton Girls school (if required)
5.00 – 6.15pm Meet at venue for set-up (no heavy lifting required)
6.15 – 7.00pm Refreshment serving & Golden bucket ticket sales
7.45 – 8.15pm Interval time TBC - Refreshment serving & Golden bucket ticket sales
8.15 – 9.00pm Clear-up during performance
9.00pm Clear-up after performance ends (if required)
